It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose (Queiros) Fernandes of Ludlow, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 16, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquim Queiros and Barbara Queiros (Pereira); her husband Antonio Fernandes; and her brothers, Armand Queiros, Porfirio, Antonio, Jack and James.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Fernandes Crespo (Patricio) and Dennis Fernandes (Arminda DaSilva Fernandes); her grandsons, Alexander and Michael Crespo; and her sisters, Celeste Provost, Mary Hogan and Mabel Queiros.
Ludlow Funeral Home has been entrusted with her arrangements and in lieu of flowers it was the wish of Rose's family that donations be made in her memory to: Friends of the Ludlow Senior Center, 37 Chestnut Street, Ludlow, 01056.
