She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Alisa) of Northampton and Cynthia Klatte of Tucson Az; her siblings, Daniel Jurkowski (Maryann) of Ludlow and Charlotte Guillen (Hal) of Chicopee; and her grandson Ayden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
