She was predeceased by: her husband Edward E. Lesiak; her parents, Arthur Yates and Lily Hall Yates; her son Edward; her sons-in-law, Ronald A. West and Joseph Gentile; and her grandsons, Jonathan West and Derek Day.
She is survived by: her children, Violet West of Manchester, CT, Edith Smith of Chicopee, MA, Esther Day Gentile of Exeter, NH, Bea, Peter Levanos of O'Fallon, MO, Bernice, Hank Welch of Vail, AZ, Roberta Glassman of Ludlow, MA, Matthew Lesiak of Auckland, NZ, Miriam and Mark Wiater of Linthicum, MD.. She is also survived by 10 children, 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great- grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Community Survival Center at Orchard Covenant Church.
