He was predeceased by: his spouse Conchita Chadbourne (Sanchez-Perez); and his parent Alfred M., Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Chadbourne (Codair); his children, Lynn Police Officer Joseph of Lynn, Ana Maria Chadbourne of Lynn and Alfredo Damaso of Lynn; his grandchildren, Andrew Donovan (Jennifer) of Nottingham, NH and Christopher Donovan of Washington; and his siblings, James Chadbourne of Maine, Kevin Chadbourne of Florida, Danville Chadbourne (Janice Marler) of Maine, Anne Walat (Erwin) of Maine and Karen Grant of Lynn. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
