He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Robert Mullins, John Sullivan and Barbara Sullivan (Randall); and his uncle Richard "Dick" Ingoldsby (Sara Mullins). He is survived by : his parents, Kathleen "Kathy" Mullins (Sullivan) of Lynn and Robert "Bob" Mullins, Jr. (Mia Manganiello) of Swampscott; his siblings, David Mullins (Whitney Woods) of Lynn, Rebecca Stephanakis (George) of Middleton and Jennifer Melanson (Bryan) of Beverly; his partner's daughter Sofia Tadjer of Peabody; his nieces and nephews, Mia, Markos, Maximus, Nicholas, Emma, Jacob and Douglas; his grandmother Jane Mullins (Leo); his aunts and uncles, Jane (Robert Sheridan), Steven (Lisa Mullins), John Mullins, Mary (Eric Connolly), Joyce Ingoldsby, Juan (Anne Sullivan), Timmy (Dianne Sullivan), Blaise Sullivan and Chris Sullivan; and also Jamie Mannion. He is also survived by his many cousins and close friends.
