He is survived by: his son Jeronimo Ortiz; his grandchildren, Lupita, Genesis, Sophia, Salome, Alex and Sebastian Ortiz; his wife Sandra Elizabeth Perez Martinez; and his siblings, Emilio, Nelson, Manuel, Maudalena, Lucia, Mabel and Cludia Ortiz.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (600 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150).
