The passing of Helen F. Gangi of Lynn, Massachusetts, born in Somerville, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 3, 2025 at the age of 101. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Gangi; her friend Helen; her parents, Giuseppe DeStefano and Felicia DeStefano (Randazzo); and her siblings, Jennie Firenze, Charles DeStefano, Donald DeStefano, William DeStefano and Anthony DeStefano. She was also cherished by her loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (21 Bessom St, Lynn, MA 01902). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Belmont Lions Club (1 Common St, Belmont, MA 02478).
