He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvaro Rezendes and Rose Rezendes (DiCarlo); and his nephew Mark Rezendes. He is survived by: his brother Alvaro (Evelyn) of Lynn; his niece Kristen Rezendes (Brendan Block) of Salem; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Ryan, Hannah and James Rezendes; and his aunts and uncles, Nicki Brogna of Everett, Josephine Barley of Everett and Mario DiCarlo of Saugus.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robert's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
