He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Kelly and Nancy Kelly (Fitzgerald). He is survived by: his wife Susan; and his brother Robert Kelly (Linda Gillespie) of Cape Cod. He is also survived by his nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the E.N. Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
