Forti, Jr. (Jean) of Grafton, WI, Maria Nogueira (Anthony) of Merrimac, MA, Stephen Forti (Melanie) of Lynn, MA, Frank Forti (Sue) of Burlington, MA, Mark Forti (Mary) of West Roxbury, MA and Andrea Braconnier (Mark) of Lynnfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Donald C. Forti (Megan), Andrew Forti, Matthew Nogueira, Alyssa Nogueira (Joe Williams), Tess Nogueira, Peter Nogueira, Alex Forti (Krista), Megan Ward (Charlotte), Derek Forti, Greg Forti, Courtney Forti, Madeleine Forti, Lydia Forti, Daniel Braconnier, Meryl Braconnier and Lauren Braconnier; her great grandchild Leo Forti; her sister-in-law Joan Dion of Huntington Beach; and her sister Katherine Aloise.
