He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Colella and Celia Colella (DellSola); and his sister Cynthia Cleary (late Bob). He is survived by : his wife Maria Colella (Sarno); his children, Gina Hurley (Michael) of Woburn and Craig Colella (Maria) of Hamilton; his siblings-in-law, Cabby Johnson (late Doug), Ralph Sarno and Moe Sarno (Heather); and his grandchildren, Dillon, Alyson Hurley and Carlo Colella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Jerry's memory may be made to American stroke Association, 185 Franklin St., Boston, MA 02110.
