He was predeceased by: his wife Rose A. Sullivan (McGaffigan); his siblings-in-law, William McGaffigan (Ann), Elizabeth "Betty" Buckley (Steven), Robert Towle and Virginia "Ginger" McGaffigan; and his parents, James Sullivan and Mildred Sullivan (Spillane).
He is survived by: his children, Karen Shrewsbury (John) of Medford, MA, James (Beth) of Wakefield, MA, Daniel (Susan) of Revere, MA and Brian (Keleigh) of Hudson, NH.; his grandchildren, Danielle Rossi (Anthony), Sydney, Caitlyn, Lauren, Justin, Christopher and Kevin Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Collin, Bennett and Evan Rossi; his sister Gail (Burt Leader) of Malden; and his siblings-in-law, P. Joseph McGaffigan of Medford, MA, Mary Towle of Malden, MA and Celia Albert (Joseph) of York, ME. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
