He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Fisher and Leah Fisher; and his brother Leonard Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Naseck); his children, Jay T. Fisher and Elise Fisher; and his siblings, Barbara Kupelnick, Geraldine Brenner and Murray Fisher.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, services and memorial week are private.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC.
