Irene M. (Dion) Butler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene M. (Dion) Butler of Marblehead, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter M. Dion and Alice Dion (Birmingham); her son Robert M. Butler; her brother Walter M. Dion, Jr.; and her son-in-law Roger J. Croteau, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Robert L Butler; her children, Cynthia Croteau, Maureen Ozoonian (Gregory) and Michael Butler (Carol McHugh); her daughter-in-law Lisa Butler; her grandchildren, Erin Butler, Jonathan, Matthew Ozoonian, Kristen Brown (Kenneth) and Sara Pennell (Michael); and her great grandchild Bentley Butler. She is also survived by four nephews.
All attendees will be required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing, and are respectfully asked for no physical contact with the family due to Covid-19 regulations. In addition, the Mass at Our Lady, Star of the Sea Church and the burial in Waterside Cemetery, Marblehead, will be private due to the pandemic.
