He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lisa Stanton (Baum); his parents, Vernon Stanton and Betsy Stanton (Borst); his children, Alyson Ward (Wade) of Maine and James Jeffrey Stanton of Manhattan; and his siblings, Kate, Janet Burt and Roger (Kristin). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
