He is survived by: his wife Tina O'Neill (Atton) of West Yarmouth; his grandchildren, Sean, Jillian, Patrick Jr., Sawyer and Ronan; his sister Barbara Simpson; and his aunts, Erica Cederquist of Jamestown, NY. and Dedham.
