Julia Susan Ellis Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Susan Ellis of Maynard, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Scacciotti and Rita Scacciotti (Pitre); her husband Joe Edward Ellis; and her siblings, Jo-Ann Horst and Vincent Scacciotti.

She is survived by: her sibling's children, Richard Horst and Vikki McComiskey (Tom); her great-nieces, Rachel, Emily and Sarah; her niece Jessica Jagels (Steven); her great-nephew Nicholas; her niece Tania Espita (Leonardo Espita); her great-niece Sofia; her friends, Rhonda, Richard Landry and Ava; and also, Michael and Mallory.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Acton Funeral Home (470 Massachusetts Ave, Acton, MA 01720). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at the St. Bridget's Cemetery (254 Great Rd, Maynard, MA 01754).

Burial will follow in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Great Road, Maynard. in lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to All Dog Rescue PO Box 2072 Natick, MA 01760.
