Zukas (Donna) of Bellingham; his siblings, Helen Sliski of Lexington, Anna Zukas of Cambridge, Dorothy Carter, Joseph Zukas, Vincent Zukas, Martha Miceli and John Zukas; his grandfather Brian Richardson; and his parents, Charles Zukas and Domicele Zukas (Kuncevich).
