He is survived by: his wife Paula Mico; his son Christopher; his grandchildren, Evan, Eban, Amaryllis, Mandolin, Gavin and Dorje; his siblings, Christopher, Michael, Meredith and Frank; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Aimee, Sarah, Emily, Julia, Zora and Dashell.
