It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grazia Zizza of Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grazia Zizza to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Battista "John" Zizza; her parents, Rocco Novia and Vincenza Novia (Cipriano); and her siblings, Rocco Novia of Medford, Stella DeMaio of Italy and Lucia Mastrullo of Australia.
She is survived by: her children, Elliott (Marie Zizza), John (Donna Zizza), Josephine (Vincent Chiachio), Ricky Zizza of Medford and Steven (Melissa Zizza); her grandchildren, Eric Zizza, John Zizza, Lisa McSweeney (Zizza), Nicholas Zizza, Christina Zizza, Andrea Romano (Chiachio), Danielle Chiachio, Jessica Falzone (Chiachio) and Olivia Cecchini (Zizza); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Elaine, Evan, Ava, Sofia, Joseph, Nico, Alessia, Mia, Liliana and Siena. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home (144 Salem St, Malden, MA 02148). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (118 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
