John J. Alves Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Alves Jr. of Medford, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 25, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John J. shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John J. farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John J. "Jack" Alves and Marie R. Alves (Callahan); his wife Janet Alves (Marks); his child Ashley Alves; and his sisters, Vicky Marshall (Ted), Dawn Byrnes (Michael) and Maura Donahue (Scott). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
