He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Tamasi and Antonietta Tamasi (Palladino); and his wife Maria Tamasi (Ciccaglione). He is survived by: his children, John Tamasi (Jennifer Mills Tamasi) and Sandra Tamasi; his grandchildren, Giovanni, Ava Tamasi, John Mello (Allyson Ly) and Alex Kuran; and his siblings, Leonardo Tamasi (Maria) of Medford, Felice Tamasi (Antoinetta) of Canada, Maria Castrilli (late Nicolo) of Canada and Yolanda Iammarone (Mario) of Italy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home (306 Main St, Medford, MA 02155). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Church (512 High St, Medford, MA 02155).
