He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin S. Kant and Marion Kant (Gile); and his cousin Robert Gerald Parker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Moore); his daughter Anne-Marie McLaughlin (Patrick) of Braintree; and his grandson Peter McLaughlin.
