With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara A. (Williams) Milligan of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in Charlestown, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 18, 2021 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her spouse Sinclair C. "Bunny" Milligan; and her sister Ethel Christopher. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy A. Haffty (Richard) of Stoneham; her siblings, Stella Boyd, Dorothy Bower, Patricia Tuttle, James Williams, Jr., Richard Williams, Sonny Williams and Kenny Williams; and her cousin Linda Cook. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
