Dorothy F. McColgan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy F. McColgan of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in Charlestown, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dowd and Nora Dowd (O'Keefe); and her siblings, Thomas Dowd and Margaret DiLeo. She is survived by: her children, Jim M. McColgan (Joann) of Tewksbury, Stephen M. McColgan (Susan) of Haverhill and Karen M. Capuano (Larry) of Melrose; her grandchildren, Joseph Capuano (Brooke), Alyssa Capuano, Daniel McColgan, Nicole Sweeney (Mike), Lauren McColgan and Courtney McColgan; her great grandchild Cora Capuano; and her sister Virginia Healey. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
