It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Y. Dicarlo of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred DiCarlo; her brother Anthony Longo; and her grandson Justin Diamond. She is survived by: her children, Alfred DiCarlo (Michele Geary) of Melrose and Vivian Diamond (Dennis) of Lynn; her sisters, Margaret Tierney, Anne DiCarlo, Beatrice Longo and Isabelle Adinolfi; and her grandchildren, Jennifer DiCarlo of Boston and Jason Diamond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
