She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Egan and Kathryn Egan; and her husband Herbert G. Muse. She is survived by: her children, Jack Muse (Denise) of Middleton, Bill Muse (Patricia) of Merrimac, Dan Muse (Heather) of Melrose, Patricia Deasy (Francis) of Quincy and Jim Muse (Flicker). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gladys's memory to St. Mary's School, 4 Myrtle St. Melrose, MA 02716.
