With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Cotterly Jr. of Melrose, Massachusetts, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Cotterly and Elizabeth Gertrude Cotterly (Scheibe). He is survived by : his children, Leslie Souza of Tewksbury and Wayne Cotterly (Kathleen) of Poland Spring, ME; his son-in-law Stan Souza of Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Kyle Souza, Kellie Souza, Kevin Souza, Andrew Cotterly and Erin Cotterly (Greg).
