He was predeceased by: his wife Helen E. McNeil (Burke); and his brothers, John J. McNeil and Francis McNeil (Bud). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Kevin McNeil (Jennifer) of Amesbury, David McNeil (Debbie) of Westwood, Susan Correia (Joseph) of Melrose, Paula Gallagher (Mark) of Winchester, Maryann Sullivan (Robert) of Melrose, Kathleen McNeil of Melrose and Christine Blanchard (Raymond) of Melrose. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
