She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Maher, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Eileen M. Spies (James) and Maureen T. Maher (Steve) of Melrose; her grandchildren, Katie Whitcomb (Justin) of Wakefield, Megan Spies of Malden, Daniel Spies, Brendan, Ryan, Liam and Sean Maher of Melrose; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Grace and Thomas Whitcomb; her sister Madeline Lisnak (late Michael); and her sister-in-law Ann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Melrose High School Permanent Scholarship Fund.
