Joseph P. McCaughey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2021, at the age of 87, Joseph P. McCaughey (Melrose, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCaughey and Mary McCaughey (Garland); his son Kevin W. McCaughey (Elizabeth) of Tyngsboro; his grandchild Xani Coleman; and his brother Vernon McCaughey (Hildegard).
He is survived by: his wife Mary L. McCaughey (MacMillan) of St. Andrews, PEI; his children, Jack McCaughey (Sheri), Bob McCaughey (Lisa) of Boxford and Mary Ann Wells (Glen) of Stoneham; his grandchildren, Melissa, Amanda, Katharine, Colin McCaughey and John Coleman; and his siblings, Elizabeth Aylward (late Bill), Charles McCaughey, Anne Shea, John McCaughey (late Helen), Carlotta Kelly (Jack), Mary McCaughey and Wayne Burke. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to Covid 19 visitation, funeral mass and cemetery service will be private.
