She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Bono and Anna Bono (Gilardi); and her sister Anna Federico. She is survived by : her siblings, Jennie Butera of Stoneham, Vincent Bono of Lynnfield, Anthony, Michael, Louis Bono of Saugus, Joseph Bono, Josephine Conte, Marie Piscitello, Terry Bono, Paul Bono and Charles Bono; her husband Ralph J. Galante; her children, Andrea (Mike) of Stamford, CT and Stephen (Wendy) of Reading, MA; and her grandchildren, Amanda Vakos, Marianne Vakos, Michael Vakos, Jr., Derek Galante and Rachel Galante. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
