She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scalfino and Catherine Scalfino (Martin); her former husband Leo Tortora; and her husband George Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Beaver of Melrose, Frances M. Tilley of Peabody, Gloria Pecz of Peabody, Phillip Tortora of Malden and Joel Guarino of Revere. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild as well as many other family members and friends.
