He was predeceased by: his brother John "Buzzy" Whitworth; Cheryl A. Winchell (Whaley). He is survived by: his friends, Tom and Julie Murray; his wife Kimberly Whitworth (Surette); his daughter Dr. Jennifer W. Weidner (Daniel Weidner) of Bedford, NH.; his grandchildren, Abigail, Colton and Morgan; his sister Patricia Bemiss (Geoffrey) of North Reading; his mother-in-law Janet M. Surette of Melrose; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Surette, Brigitte, Phillip Surette, Rosemarie, Michelle Frost and George; and his niece Catherine Frost.
