He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Butler (Snow) and William Henry Dawe Butler; and his wife Evelyn F. Butler (Levenson). He is survived by: his children, William F. Butler (Elizabeth Lawrence) of Wakefield, Sandra D. Flanagan (James "Jimmy") of Wakefield and Michael E. Butler of Wakefield; his grandchildren, Matthew (Danielle), Bret, Jake and Katie; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Arty (James). He is also survived by nieces, relatives & many friends.
