He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louise (Ferrari); his children, Mark Foley (Louise) of Melrose, Colleen Foley of Wakefield, Jack Foley (Michelle) of Malden and Yvonne Hagarty of Medford; his grandchildren, Matthew Bradley, Allison, Sean, Julia, Ryan and Meghan Foley; his siblings, Mary Ellen Tremblay of Amesbury, Thomas, Richard and Peter Heerter; and his parents, Richard and Rhoda (Nelson).
Due to Covid 19 funeral service will be private.
