He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Carol Joiner (Partridge); his children, Randall Joiner (April) of Meriden, CT, Laurie Hearne (John) of Uxbridge and Nancy Storer (Rick Guerin) of Mendon; his siblings, Charles Joiner of Webster and Lisa Joiner of Georgia; his grandchildren, Hannah Hearne, Amy, Michael, Lisa, Diana, Ethan, Kimberlee Storer, Peyton, Jadyn, Daniel Joiner, Ariel and Kylee Joiner; his son Richard Joiner Jr.; and his parents, Roscoe and Rita Joiner (Chaputt).
