He is survived by : his wife Frances Fram (Pipa) of Methuen, MA; his sons, Thomas Fram (Mary Jo) of Merrimac, MA and Timothy Fram (Debra Graney) of Methuen, MA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Fram (Casey) of Chapel Hill, NC and Valerie Birmingham (Robert) of Tewksbury, MA..
