With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eileen F. Dowd (Methuen, Massachusetts), born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 31, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Sheehan and Ellen Sheehan (Donoghue); her husband Leonard J. Dowd; her daughter Eileen T. Dowd; her siblings, Edward Patrick Jr. and Mildred; her children, Daniel (Jean) of Nashua, Joyce Hansen of Andover, Jack (Jennifer) of North Conway, Brian (Barbara) of Chelmsford, Frank (Kim) of Methuen, Sheila of Methuen and Rosemary (Mark Manuel) of Andover; and her siblings, Judy Fallon and Joseph (Norma Sheehan). She was also cherished by loving 16 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.
