She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Pierce; her parents, John F. Manning and Ida C. Manning; her sister Frances Manning; and her son-in-law Richard Jaquish.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Jaquish of Pomfret, CT, Deacon John (Kathrene Pierce), Kathleen (Dennis Shortelle), William (Jean Pierce), Michael (Nancy Pierce) and Denis (Kim Pierce); and her grandchildren, Joanne Dursin, Erica Beeman, Shane Pierce, Keith Pierce, Patrick Pierce, Matthew Shortelle, Beth Hellman, Katie Pierce, Laura Pierce, Robert Pierce and Meghan Pierce. She is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Elizabeth was a survivor of both breast cancer and COVID-19.
