He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Fantauzzi and Ramona Fantauzzi (Baerg). He is survived by: his wife Carmen M. Rivera (Rodriguez); his children, Carmen R. Rivera and Jose L. Rivera (Marisol); and his siblings, Julia Ramirez, Tony Fantauzzi, Cano Fantauzzi, Ana Cruise and Ida Hernandez. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
