He was predeceased by: his parents, Mellius Frederique and Marie Frederique; and his siblings, Lucien Frederique, Mariam Frederique, Ghislane Charles, Mireille and Fritzbert Frederique.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Etienne Frederique; his children, Judith Frederique, Nahomie Mondesir (Emmanuel), Magalie Charles (Yves), Serge J. Frederique (Dana), Jude Frederique, Monique Frederique and Claudel Frederique (Melissa); his grandchildren, Stephanie Martinez (Richard), Kendall, Kendrick, Kevin Denose, Ricardo, Brandon Mondesir, Terrence, Jonathan, Valerie Charles, Allyssa, Jadah, Isaac and Jaclynn Frederique; his great grandchild DJ Keene; and his siblings, Gladys Belval, Wilner and Rachelle Frederique. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
With the help of family and friends, he relocated to Waltham, MA to lay the foundation to bring the rest of his family from Haiti.
