He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. MacKenzie (Richardson); his children, Edward G. MacKenzie (Katie) of Londonderry, NH and Karen R. MacKenzie-Sleeman (Joseph) of Norwood, MA.; and his grandsons, Alex, Charlie MacKenzie, JJ, Tommy, Ryan and Andrew Sleeman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
