She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Gillis Sr. and Grace F. Gillis (Powers); her siblings, Grace Gillis Costa, James Gillis Jr., John Gillis (Jack), Terri DiGiovanni, Michael Gillis and William Gillis; and her husband Robert of Mary's Cemetery.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne M. Willis-Goodrich and Robert L. Willis Jr.; her grandchildren, Ashley Gallagher, Jami-Lyn Willis, Kevin Huscher and Robert Paul Willis; her great grandchildren, Kaylyn Gallagher, Thomas Lee Willis and Olivia Haddad; and her siblings, Rose Texeira-McCartin (Joe) of Carver, Kathleen Genson of Arizona, Robert Gillis of Falmouth, Richard Gillis (Kim) of Raynham and Charles Gillis of Arizona.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home (280 Bedford St, Lakeville, MA 02347). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Mary Cemetery (135 Wood St, Middleborough, MA 02346).
