He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund R. MacDonald and Eleanor MacDonald (Schaberle). He is survived by: his children, Robin R. Antonik of Attleboro, MA, Barbara MacDonald of West Warwick, RI and Cathie Shivers of Pawtucket, RI; his brother Richard E. MacDonald of Norton, MA; and his former wife Donna Marie MacDonald (LaRocque) of Attleboro, MA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
