It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip H. Twitchell of Milford, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Twitchell and Dulcy Twitchell (Pond); and his brothers, Robert Twitchell and Kenneth Twitchell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth E. Twitchell (Lancisi); his children, Philip H. Twitchell, Jr. (Elaine) of St. Petersburg, FL and Marianne Billingsley of Mesa, AZ; his granddaughter Elizabeth Billingsley (Glen Bryant) of Mesa, AZ; his great grandchild Alexander Bryant; and his sister Joyce Pretty.
