He is survived by: his wife Judith O'Connor (Ricciardi); his sons, Charles F. O'Connor III (Catherine) and Timothy A. O'Connor; his grandsons, Andrew of Millbury and Milo O'Connor of Millbury; and his siblings, Mary Blanchard of Sturbridge, Richard O'Connor of Worcester and John O'Connor (Jay) of Holden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
