He is survived by: his significant other Amy LeBlanc (Degen); his children, Brady LeBlanc of Millbury, Angeleen Kelley (James) of Milton, Kathleen Kady (Jesse) of East Brookfield, Timothy LeBlanc (Kara) of Rutland, Zachary Quadagno and Connor Quadagno of Millbury; his grandchildren, Jesse, Liv, Ashton, Nora, Belle and Gray; his parents, Donald (Elizabeth) and Diane LeBlanc (Plante) of Holden; and his siblings, Daniel LeBlanc (Patty Bickford) of Worcester, Dwayne LeBlanc (Dawn Jordan) of Worcester, Doreen LeBlanc (Hans Vander Keyl) of Stoneham, Denise LeBlanc of Holden, Darren LeBlanc of Boston and Dionne LeBlanc of Holden.
