Buzulis, Sr. (Denesha); his wife Sheila Irene Buzulis (Carey); his children, Todd M. Buzulis (Laura) of Worcester and Sheila M. Buzulis; his grandchildren, Ryan Buzulis, Melissa Sawyer, Harrison Sawyer and Cassandra Bousquet; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Swift (Gerald) of North Smithfield, RI and Lawrence Carey of Onset. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
