He was predeceased by: his parent Dorothy Baillargeon (LaBuff); and his siblings, Warren Baker, Harold Baillargeon, Jr., Robert Baillargeon, Winifred Baillargeon and Carolyn Hanley.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie A. Baker (Strickland); his children, Raymond Smith of Worcester, Robert Baillargeon (Cherrise) of Charlton, Richard Baker of Worcester, Daniel Baker of Spencer, Chad Baker (Danielle) of Worcester, Brian Baker (Michelle) of Worcester, Anthony Frongillo of Millbury, Clayton Baker (Meagan) of Auburn, Heather Scirpoli of West Boylston and Tiffany Baker; his sister Mildred of Manchester, NH; and also Mercon of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
